My ring won't connect to Bluetooth. What should I do?

  • Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Make sure the ring has sufficient battery (place it in the charging case for a few minutes).
  • Keep the ring close to your phone.
  • If it still fails, try turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again, or restart your phone.
