How does the AI transcription and journaling feature work?

Once a recording is synced to the app, our AI processes the audio to generate a text transcript.

This transcript is automatically saved as a Journal entry. You can view the text, play back the audio, add manual mood tags, or use the "Immerse" feature for a deeper reflection on your entry.
